I am an American, but I come to Puerto Vallarta often. Vanessa is a top-notch therapist. I am a "high-performance" individual who always looks for ways to improve. I tried four other therapists that didn't provide me with the insights that I was looking for, so I am picky. In the first session with Vanessa, I knew that I had found someone who would provide me with value, insights, and breakthroughs in every session. I highly recommend Vanessa, whether your sessions are in person or remotely. She is helping me understand myself better, eliminate limiting thoughts, and raise my performance personally and professionally

Vanessa is an excellent therapist. She is focused, practical, and straightforward as well as genuine, open-hearted, and incredibly kind. I have felt improvement in myself faster while working with her than any therapist I've worked with prior. I felt seen, heard, and helped after just a couple of sessions - she was adept to understand what I needed so quickly. Her pricing and scheduling is reasonable, organized, and easy to book online.
