Dr. Nelson is a very fine family doctor. I have had appointments with him at his consultorio but today, for the first time, I needed for him to make a house call. I live in the country 8-10 miles outside (east) of San Miguel. He gladly responded; showed up exactly when he said he would; and brought a portable EKG device. He checked out my cardiac function, suggested a few tweaks to my medications and just generally put me at ease. He is a really good guy. He cares about helping people and he speaks English.
